THE CRAFT — 02
Brewing Methods
The same bean tastes like a different coffee depending on how you brew it. Each method below carries its own recipe and its own shortlist of roasts.

Filter
The clearest window into a coffee. Slow, even extraction through paper strips the oils and leaves a light, articulate cup where the origin does all the talking.

Espresso
Pressure in place of time. Nine bars push water through a tight puck in under thirty seconds, concentrating body and sweetness into something dense enough to drink on its own or carry milk.

Aeropress
Immersion and pressure together, at a lower temperature than anything else here. Forgiving with the grind, quick to clean, and reliably smooth — the method that travels.

Moka
Steam pressure through a stovetop column. Heavier and darker than filter, closer to espresso in weight, and the method most kitchens in Europe already own.
