01 / RINSE

The Rinse

Rinse the paper filter and pre-heat the vessel, then discard the water before adding 15g of ground coffee.

02 / BLOOM

The Bloom

Start the timer and pour 30g of water over the grounds. Wait 30–45 seconds to let the coffee bloom.

03 / POUR

The Main Pour

Pour in slow, concentric circles until you reach 240g. The brew should finish around the 3:00 mark.
