We roast to order. That means your coffee leaves the roastery days old, not months — and it also means we ship on a rhythm rather than instantly.
ROAST AND DISPATCH DAYS
We roast Monday and Thursday. Orders placed before 09:00 on a roast day ship the same afternoon; everything else goes out on the next roast day.
RATES AND ZONES
Norway: flat rate, free above 600 NOK. Nordics and EU: flat rate, free above 900 NOK. Rest of world: calculated at checkout.
TRACKING
You get a tracking link the moment the parcel is handed over. Nordics usually arrive in 1–3 working days, EU in 3–6.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders outside the EU may attract import duties on arrival. Those are set by your country and are payable by you.
